Updates to my policy lost

I called on the 9/01/13 to update my Hollard Bolt-on Insurance policy through SBIB. The policy was updated, the instalment dropped by R500 as per conversations with Nombeko. Come End of Jan, the instalment goes off my account, same amount is debited from my account. I call VAF the week of the 4th of Feb to find out why the instalment is the same, they tell me they had not received any updates on my policy and the amount reflecting is still R1500. I call SBIB on the 12/02/13, speak to Jacob, he couldn't assist, but tried his best, then told me he would tell Nombeko to call me the same day as its urgent. No Call. I call today (13/02/13), spoke to Xola, who transferred me to Rabia, and Rabia confirms that she sees no updates on my policy. What Rubbish is this? Why wasn't my policy updated? Who is now responsible for giving me my money? I am utterly disappointed and Livid. Insurance is one of the things that cost an arm and a leg, now because someone did not do their job properly I have to suffer. Please give me my money that is outstanding from the 10th of January and ensure I pay the updated instalment on the 28/01/13.
