I applied for a change to my credit limit on Monday, and received a quotation that needed to be signed and sent back to them to activate the change.
I signed it and mailed it back on Tuesday. On Wednesday morning, after no reply, I checked my sent items and discovered that I forgot to attach the scanned document (nobody contacted me to alert me).
I sent the email again, this time with the signed document, on Wednesday morning and asked in my email that they acknowledge receipt.
It's not 2 days later and nothing has happened. They haven't replied, and the change to my credit limit hasn't been applied.
I was also unsuccessful in my attempts to get hold of my premier banker this morning.
Get your act together guys.
