Shocking Service Levels

I had an accident on 6 September and an Outsurance client drove into the back of my car while I was stationary on the onramp to the M1N. Since then my experience in dealing with Outsurance has been a complete disaster because I realised that as a 3rd party claimant, the level of service by Outsurance is shocking. I'm still waiting to be paid and it's 7 weeks. Today is 15 working days after I sent all my documentation through and I've heard not a thing from anyone at Outsurance. The damage on my car is over R30 000, I can't close my boot which is a security risk and I've explained this numerous times to the person handling my claim. She was very blatant that I'm 3rd party claimant so not priority to Outsurance.
I've heard the R400 campaign and the life insurance campaign and I can safely tell you if I was in the market looking for a quote, Outsurance would not feature on my list or anyone that I know. I've really been inconvenienced by this entire incident and I wasn't at fault.
