I have a garnishee on my name from Coombe and Associates, experian. I was so embarrassed when the sheriff turned up at my work place. Papers were given to me to sign for admission of guilt and I just signed to get him out of here. This matter went to court in Kimberley and I am in Cape Town, I was not informed of any court dates. It's been 10 months now and I am paying for something that I have no clue of. I KNOW "WHY DID YOU SIGN? " Stupid hey everyone makes mistakes until someone comes along, like Darol from Jestel marketing and tells you, you must call Kimberley court... etc. I did get hold of the clerk fo the court and they told me what to do. I did phone Coombe and Associates and phone just rings and rings and rings... you can never get through to them. And 60% interest don't you think that is excessive... The question here is do I have a loan with Experato? How do I go about getting my money back? Do I go to court? I want documents that I signed from Experato, you never get through to them. Tried for months.
I want Experian or Coombe and Associates to send me the documents.
