I have had a garnishee order that has been running for approximately one year with Coombe n Associates, the original debt amount was R1395.00, I have paid back over R4000.00, now they want me to pay them another R7000.00. Coombe and Associates have been investigated, there have been write ups in the newspapers about them, with regards to all these "extra charges" that they charge people, and with regards to how they acquire the garnishee orders from "certain" magistrates courts, which dont even fall under the clients jurisdiction, but these garnishees are still obtained from these magistrates courts, so I dont understand why they are still operational? Why are Coombe and Associates getting away with this corruption, they are just getting richer and the poor are getting poorer!
