The City of Johannesburg has changed bankers from ABSA to SBSA & I diarised a reminder to effect the account changes for the payment of my utility bill & to my utmost surprise when I logged onto FNB OB yesterday, a note was displayed with the following: "As an FNB customer you do not have to make any changes to the details of your payments to the City of Johannesburg. We have done that for you." That is absolutely awesome customer service for you. WELL DONE FNB. KEEP IT UP!!!
