NOBODY SEEMS TO TAKE RESPONSBILITY TO ASSIST

I need a letter stating that my current account has been paid in full and closed. This account was closed during 2012 already. First query was to Refilwe Modise, Credit card division, who referred me to (011) 7207516 or 0860115060. Current account dept would not assist. Nhlanhla from debt review referred me to overdraft dept (0861717717). Spoke to Almeray who informed me that he cannot assist - I must speak to the person who closed the account (the branch where I closed the account has been closed down). Referred me to Itumeleng Lebethe (Branch Manager) at 011 668 0160. Can not get through to this number - it does not seem to exist. Tried to phone Almeray again - spoke to Gloria who told me Almeray is on lunch. She gave me number of the Client Service dept where I held on for about 3 minutes before I put the phone down. I have tried everything possible and am still exactly where I started. I spend the last hour on my phone, at my cost, to determine that service is non existing!
