Online shopping only during banking hours

I was trying to purchase something on the internet 07:20 this morning, when I had to pay I was requested to enter a onetime pin that was supposed to be send to me within 15minutes, the message said that should the one time pin not reach you should phone the number supplied on the screen. After 15 minutes I pressed the resend one time pin button and after the next 15 minutes I phoned the number supplied. I phoned and to my surprise was advised by the person that I should phone back at 09:00 as the personnel that is supposed to assist me will only be in then. I then insisted to speak to the manager who have the exact same message. Took my number and said somebody would phone me 08:30, I explained I had to the payment now as I had to leave, no luck, no one time pin, no purchase, no call back!

On line shopping is supposed to be hassle-free 24 hour easy of comfort but apparently not with a Blue Bean Standard Bank Credit Card.
