General incompetence

I despair of trying to get service from Standard Ba nk homeowners insurance. I have been left hanging on the telephone for 10-15 minutes each time I have tried to call. To cut a long story short, i am still waiting for an electrician to come and restore my swimming pool to earth leakage after Saturday's lightning. It has taken countless calls from me and I am still waiting for a return phone call. The whole service smacks of ineptitude, incompetence and a general couldn't care less attitude. I'm fed up!!
