Service by the call centre agent

I was very impressed by the effeciency and service of Herny Shongwe the call centre agent. he was very patient and listen to what I was quering about and addressed the matter timesiously. What mostly impressed me is that, he wanted to make sure that I don not call back again with the same query. he wanted to do things once and properly and most important he calmed down.
