I would like to Thank Zara Mulder for going the extra mile with my complaints pertaining to my Rcs and
Game accounts. Zara listened to what I had to say, she had empathy and understood what my needs,
concerns and frustrations were and went out of her way in solving them and assisting where she could.
She kept me up to date with the status of my accounts and even had my Credit Bureau updated. I also want
to Thank Lynne and Leatin for contacting me and offering apologies on behalf of there employees.
