Saturday morning (13th April) I needed to withdraw money from a FNB ATM and all FNB ATMs where out of order. I literally drove through the whole town to look for one that works and yet none where functioning. I then went to an ABSA ATM and the ATM swallowed my card. This is the second time FNB disappoints me in less than 1 month. I feel I have been a loyal customer to them for many years and I need to be compensated for this error on their behalf.
