I paid a visit to the branch in Trade Route mall to make a deposit, firstly there wasn't anyone to help me with the ticket machine. Then I go to the consultant, mellisa naidoo, and she is enjoying herself on a personal phone call while assisting me and asking me what I require in I think what it was is in sign language. That was totally unprofessional to me. I then decided to analyse her, she had on the brightest of pink nail polish and a whole lot of black and gold bands on her wrists, and this big gold and pink ring, I didn't't think that was uniform or professional either.
