Wrong item sent and bad bad bad service

I purchased 3 jewellery dresses from groupon, 2 black and 1 pink on the 27th march, waited more then a month then I get a delivery on 03 may with only 2 black dresses...
I called them up and they promised to have the pink sent to me as they were out of shock. I have sent email after email and NO one responds. They sent the 3rd in black also
I just want my money back and I never want to deal with groupon again!!!

I went to the local china mall and found the same product groupon charged me R199 of 3 for R30 each and they had hundreds of pink in stock.
