After lodging a claim with AA Insurance / Auto&General on 17 January this year and been to the insurance assessors, ive been notified that my claim has been approved.
I have been trying to get into contact with someone who can tell me what the next step is. Ive been told that lady named Cordelia was handling my repair. I am yet to receive a call from this Cordelia. I have established that her manager is a lady named Thuli Letsuma for whom I have left numerous messages with the following people California, Jackie, Lina Mahlangu and another Thuli for the elusive Thuli Letsuma to call me. This company is happy to take my monthly premiums but come service delivery time they just dont give a. I have been asssured that written notes and email messages for her to call me have been left for this Thuli Letsuma but clearly she just cannot care to return my numerous messages. I even threatened to take the day off work to drive to their and sit there until someone in management could tell me whats happening on my claim, if she did not return my calls but to no avail.
Needless to say i cannot wait for them to finally resolve this so I can go straight back to Trusty old Outsuranc
