Iam in New Zealand and have been trying to get answers on me not being able to withdraw cash or use CC machine, its been 3 weeks, firstly i have my card logged as and i mut say Rams in is brilliant to assist and call back but as for Vangate Mall its pathetic, a person called Oufie promised to email me and get back to me, i went hungry with my family on two days and had to loan money for food because they blocked my cash withdrawal, only this week my card worked for swiping, still cant draw cash, no communication, but they happy to money for fees, charge exorbitant rates on international. I demand access to my cash you, do you know that the RSA banking fraternity is a laughing stock amongst NZ banks, our cards are not accepted in most stores. Its embarrassing to stand at an ATm or cash teller at a grocer and get told in front of everybody, you have been declined by your bank, and yet i have cash, even though not much after fees. I know they wont call and will do the usual allw me to call from NZ which has cost me R1200 in call fees and make me hold on like a begger. Thanks for making my mind up to leave RSA, u making RSA into a Zimbabwe like country, no hope
