Thank you for taking the time to respond.

May I kindly request to be advised whether the call was listened to? If the answer is Yes, may I kindly have feedback as to how the company MFC feels about their employees communicating to clients in that tone and manner. Should it be understood and acceptable to the company, I honestly will understand and not expect anything more nor less.

I would like to be advised whether you would charge me for a copy of the call or a transcript of that call as I am requesting to please obtain that information.

May I also bring to your attention that I have new banking details that I tried to relay to Linda on that call, she did not capture them as she was embroiled in the fury of my dare. Kindly note that you will not be able to deduct funds as you do not have the banking details that are relevant for deductions.
