WERE IS MY MONEY

A Unknown Direct Debit went of my account a few times a month. Apparently it was a system failure or upgrade, there mistake, asked them to cancel it on July 2012. The next month it went off again a few times, so i hade to cancel again and was told i will wait 9 to 29 days for my money. Obviously that did not happen and i am still waiting for over R 2000, 7 months later, what about all the interest i am paying because of a 7 month waiting period for something i did not sign for or received???
