Failure to cancel
I phoned and emailed skytrax a lot of times, informing them that I'm canceling the contract on the ford fiesta and they should remove the device, the consultant will log a call and a person from skytrax will call me and confirm that they are coming to remove the device every time when I request to cancel the service. Feb 2012, April 2012, June 2012, Sep 2012, Dec 2012 are the months that tracker has promised to remove the device and the fail to remove the device. I've being paying for the service that I don't want for a while now, last month I reversed their debit order and I just reversed their debit order again this month. I need them to cancel the debit order and refund me for period that they failed to remove their device as the car is not working and it does not have battery, meaning that their device is not active .
