I know that with the hail storm that repairs of cars are a bit backed up. But is it so backed up that there is no date available on any printed calendar on the planet to have my car repaired. I claimed on my car on the 10th of January and with some really bad luck my sister who is also insured with Outsurance damaged her car as well. She claimed after me, has her car booked in and is getting repaired this month. So they mustn't come with stories that everyone is so busy that they can't slot me in. I tried to phone the panel beaters East Rand Motorlab and not only where they EXTREMELY rude but they said they would call me back with a booking... I'm still waiting. I phoned Kenneth on Friday last week to inform him that I am not happy with this panel beaters and he said he would try sort something out... I'm still waiting. So much for Outsurance bending over backwards. Don't say you will do something and not do it. I'm really disappointed as I have never had to wait so long to have my claim sorted. My sister had her claim dealt with and processed and I'm still sitting here waiting for a booking to fix my car. Not impressed.
