Virgin mobile refuses to send me recission lette

I paid up and settled my account with virgin mobile which they put a judgement on my name . they sent me a paid up letter which was all good, that was just proof that my account was paid up . i needed the RECISSION of JUDGEMENT letter from them to go to court and have the judgement removed of my name . when i phoned head office i held on for about 45min and was just transffered from one person to another and nobody could help me . i sent a number of mails everyday to the customer service and they take a day or two to reply . when they replied they tell me the same thing over and over that they can not help me with my judgement and it will remain on my name for at least two years . i replied to tell them all i need is the RECISSION of JUDGEMENT letter from them and i will go to court myself to get it sorted out and have the judgement removed off my name which take only up to five days . they still refuse to send me that letter and they just ignore my e-mails . the customer service there is terrible.
