MY WIFE SARONA RADLEY ORDERED A TOMBSTONE FROM AVBOB HEIDELBERG TO BE ERECTED ON HER FATHER'S GRAVE. AFTER PAYING THE FULL AMOUNT DUE AND WAITING A COUPLE OF MONTHS THE STONE WAS ERECTED BY AVBOB. THIS IS WERE OUR COMPLAINT STARTS. FIRSTLY HER FATHERS NAME WAS SPELLED INCORRECTLY. AFTER GOING TO SEE GEORGE AT THE BRANCH HE ADMITTED TO HAVING MADE A MISTAKE IN REWRITING THE DETAIL WHEN SUBMITTING IT TO THE FACTORY. SECONDLY, HER MOTHER SAID THAT THE STONE WAS ERECTED ON THE WRONG GRAVE. AFTER NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS TO GOVAN MBEKI MUNICIPALITY REGARDING THE PROBLEM, IT WAS DECIDED THAT THE GRAVE THAT HER MOTHER SAID TO CONTAIN THE COFFIN, OPENED UP TO CLARIFY HER CONCERN. IT WAS DONE AND ESTABLISHED THAT IT WAS THE GRAVE (NUMBER 41) AND NOT GRAVE 40 AS PER PERMIT ISSUED BY THE MUNICIPALITY. MY WIFE HAD A CALL FROM AVBOB HEIDELBERG LAST WEEK REGARDING THE ISSUE AND WAS TOLD THAT SHE HAS TO PAY AN AMOUNT OF R1223.15 TO HAVE THE STONE REMOVED AND REDO THE NAME THAT WAS SPELLED INCORRECTLY AND RE-ERECTING THE STONE ON THE RIGHT GRAVE. HOW CAN SHE BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ALL THE MISTAKES THAT AVBOB AND THE MUNICIPALITY MADE WITH THE ABOVE INFORMATION SUPPLIED. PLEASE HELP IN THIS REGARD
