I contacted Wesbank to see if they could approve my loan .they approved me and was expecting my payout between 1-5 days. I have not received any money and have called and she was rude saying I was declined??? And put the phone down on me.i sent all needed documents to the needed emails and no response.i emailed the customer care to complain and ask them to contact me no one has contacted me so far it has been 2 weeks, I would like my money as I made finance with the idea of getting the loan help me please someone.
