I'm writing a review explaining my incident which took place last Thursday. Apparently I belong to a elite club and will receive bonus freeplay every 2nd week of the month on a Thursday. So come Thursday I didn't receive anything. I questioned Christopher Russon (agent assisted to my profile) on whatsapp as to why I didn't receive anything, He mentioned its according to spend and withdrawal etc.. Down the conversation he mentioned you spent 10k which isnt much compare to 700 client that qualified for the freeplay. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO management. He said I'm apart of management so I'll take your concern forward and advised if I would like to close my account!! I work in the financial industry, how can this consultant make suggestion regarding my situation. Is he even qualify to make a recommendation or suggestion to me. I SPENT over 200k in December January andd February and someone suggests I close my account.. Thank you hollywood.. I'll never be apart of your business again or support anything.
