I actively took pleasure in gaming activities from 07th of December 2020 mainly the Deal or No Deal, Dream Catcher games on Hollywood’s Bets -Evolution game especially being away from my kids in a new city. I made winnings but were not being credited, another noticeable issue was that My bets were continuously being reversed whilst I had full network coverage on my side and at some point I would post on the chats and ask why the bets were being rejected/reversed. I also noticed that some would deduct and some would reverse the betting amount into my account. At certain times I would have auto play on which made it easier to prove that a bet was placed and reversed. This was mostly taking place on winning bets or leading to this became noticeable on the Dream Catcher whereby winnings were bigger and not easy to miss. I have lodged a concern with Hollywood bets to investigate and credit me for my winnings and roughly got around R4500 and no explanation report, When I enquired what the R4500 I was told it was a kind gesture, Whilst it was a kind gesture I could not withdraw it as the withdrawals were continuously declined (I have emails on that too) eventually ended up playing it as I was told it was against a deposit which was not adding up and I am refused senior management and Directors contact. Benjamin Tharatt was the contact and attached is some of the email trails and roughly estimating my robbed off winnings is around R150-R200k or more as some screenshots are not available to prove and started late to screen grab. I have logged calls on the gaming site with no feedback. They admitted that there was a fault with the server and it ends there. I would like my winnings credited and I feel that through this I need to be compensated by the inefficiencies of the service provider. I fully understand its gaming and its business but in the same token, They need to be ethical and my mistake maybe was to trust and think its Covid delays eventually they will credit me hence I continued playing instead dropping in more money, I am really saddened and disappointed hope and pray I get my money back.
