Withdrawal disaster

I have made two withdrawals and havnt received them i called hollywood bets i was told i will receive my money today as its complete on their side nd pensing with my bank.i called my bank and was told that there are no pending transaction.i called hollywood bets again nd ha d trouble to get through till i was attended by a rude consultant telling me i should just wait for the money.i tried to explain to her what i was told and that its been long since i made the withdrawal.she didnt even hesitate to end my call
