I have been taking online monthly loans with SWU for a few months now and they normally deduct directly from my salary on the 26th of each month, an the amount will depend on the monthly loan I have taken. Yesterday they debited my account and now when I GO on their portal it still shows that I still have an existing loan with them. I called their contact centre and I WAS asked if I am not on debt review and I told them certainly not. All I want is to find out what other existing loan do I STILL have with SWU
