I bought biltong of R150 at the new park branch, Ana the lady who cut it for me cut it too thin when my request was to cut it not too thin, I left the shop and realized only when I was in checkers, I went back to ask them to change it as I had not even touched on it, they refused Ba said they can’t return it, but I said I won’t take it, they then end up taking the biltong and not refunding me.
