Poor poor service

My daughter had a car accident 4 weeks ago and the matter has still not been resolved. My calls are not returned, my emails are not answered. Hold on for 20 minutes waiting for someone to answer my call! I get no updates or feedback. Absolutely shcoking for a clietn that has been with them for approx 20 years. Very very frustrating
