I figured I had to write something about the poor online experience of Standard Bank. The site is so unfriendly and cryptic. Why dont they do something about the usability because they charge me a fortune in fees.
Also system generates various errors over a period of time, and the answer from support is always generic. Nothing useful, I have complained about the error during making payment multiple times!
And the site is not compatible with different browsers! Come on Standard Bank, give South Africans a better service. We are paying for it!
