Bad online banking service

After making an online payment via the standard bank site a proof of payment is not emailed through despite trying on three different occasions. On call in the call centre i was told that there is no way they can assist and it will take 4 working days to resolve. I find this unacceptable for a simple email confirmation considering that people that are receiving payment require the confirmation urgently.
