After being insured with Hollard for about 6 years, at the end of last year they informed me of their decision to terminate me as a client. their reason being adverse claims.
Surely a client should be given the option of either leaving or opting for higher premiums.
I was given neither option, Out of the 5 claims in this period 2 of them were a windscreen repair and a windscreen replacement, another was hail damage. Isn't this why we insure our goods?
Now I look around for other insurance and get turned away by certain companies due to this cancellation against my name.
