I have joined U-D-S in 2010 to this they say they dont have my court order. It was never applied for. i am in aposition to settle my accounts but the interest rate that i have beein paying to FNB on all my accounts its very wrong. FNB has advised that if i send them the court order they will reverse the amouts. i then contacted U-D-S to send me the court order and i told that it was never a applied for. I am now frastrateed as i joined them to better my financial situation. but it seems it has wosten. i tried calling Onkgopotse as he is the manager while Magauta was in charge of my account, he ignored my calls after he promised to get back to me. Then Mamello took charge of the account all she tells me is i will ll you back she never doest. I am pleeding for assistance in getting my court order so that i can sttle my debts with reasonable amouts.please assist.
