MISLEADING INFORMATION

When I took out the medical cover In November 2013 from Keegan I specifically asked if my son gets a fever in the middle of the night and have to be hospitalized will we be covered. He assured me that we will be. On 18 December 2013 my son got a fever and had a fit. We rushed him to hospital and I phoned Oneplan immidiatly and they said we were covered. He was then later transferred to the childrens ward and stayd there for 2 and a half days. I phoned Oneplan again to inform them that he was now in hospital and they assured me that if the hospital sents threw the account it will be covered. But now they only pay R4000 for the emergency and nothing for the hopitalization. And this was not what I was told at the beginning. And now I am stuck with a mountian of bills. Avasha from Oneplan phoned me to tell me that they couldn't find my quistion on there recordings making me out to be a. I have pleaded with them but they are covering up and I am not allowed to speak to Keegan at all. This resulted in our comnications reaching a dead end. Not Keegan or Avasha can give me answers.
