I done an EFT payment for my monthly premium but never put the correct reference in, I contacted Onepet this morning regarding my policy being suspended due to non payment. I sent through my proof of payment and Avasha helped me so quickly and in a friendly manner to rectify the mistake and got my policy activated again.
