UNFAIR CHARGES ON DOMANT ACCOUNT

Kindly reverse changes that have grown from R800 to R3000 on an account that was last used in 2007. how on earth does a credible bank like FNB does not take a decision to close the account when a salary of a person with no business who relies on salary is no longer going to the same account. is it an easy ways of making quick buck during tough economic times when margin are low? please resolve this matter. it is not best practice and i am being robbed off the little i have again.
