Unexceptable

Hi I applied for a loan at african bank on monday and all head office was surpose to do is confirm employment and they called my company but didnt say my name so obviously the lady could not help them.i am very upset because its almost a week and the consultant that helped me was very nice and has been keeping me updated about whats happening but head office is just stringing me along... keeping me waiting.i even sent a letter from my boss confirming employment but im still waiting.
