Hi;
I have recently pulled my ITC report and found a default of R419 for multichoice account
Number 55930930.
As inconvenient as this small default is on my credit report I have already paid this debt at
the multichoice customer care and would appreciate it if multichoice confirmed this by mailing me a Letter detailing
Such and also have this default amended to paid in full at the ITC if not completedly removed.
I aware that I was in agreement with Multichoice but a default IT R419 is reduculous and has a huge impact on
My affairs personally as it takes 2years to clear from my record, I bellieve that Multichoice was unethical to escalate this so far as they could have charged interest or handed the account over, none of that was done and I would like to challenge them to review their process prior to listing this default, no collection process what initiated and therefore the default can be disputed with ITC and removed, i plan to look into my consumer tights with regard to this rediculous listing.
