Lodged a claim on 29 Jan 2014. days past without hearing from them. No submit shoot send? So i phoned them then they sed they will look into the matter. Phoned me on the 6 Feb only, had to answer a lot of questions like my address and had to spell it for them while they have all the information in front off them. only to hear my access is sky high. This is incompetence at its worst, 14 years first time i claim from any insurer. It was a fault on my part moving to them Looking for new insure
