Okay, so my account is a bit behind due to personal reasons which has nothing relevant to the complaint. I then call FNB numerous times, to get the bank details whereby i can repay the monies into... well FNB seems you do not want the money? but you are quick to list me on ITC. What do you guys need from me? do i need to call a 100 times before you can give me the info? do i need to go into the bank a 100 times to get the info?
Dear FNb, im tired of being transferred to each and every department, JUST TO GET YOUR BANK DETAILS AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO PAY .
Please let me know before end of business today if you would like to give me the information or if you would like to write off the amount owned, as that seems to be the case and also then rectify my name on ITC!
