I wrote on Hello Peter last week complaining about how useless Stanadard Bank is with my case. They wrote back on Hello Peter stating someone would call me. Till today still no one has called! Mind you no one has called me to do a follow up on my case which i had opened up on the 26 OCTOBER. My account is sitting on negative 18000.00 to date with transfer made out due. With no explanation. If you ask to speak to a manager no one assists you. I have called numerous of times and dept says its not their issue as they only deal with atm and card. So if money is been transfered from your account by people within Standard Bank is that still not? With out me knowing and credit dept still has the audesity to call me and tell me about my account being on negative 5 times a day is just not on. I want someone to sort this out ASAP. As this is not safe d at all. Im really even scared to give out my details to the consultants. Yet alone the amount of energy and running around. It would have been different if you guys were quicker in responding and give out good customer assurance but that is a total failure. Im really disppointed after 10 years of being a custome
