I made a call to FNB last week ask them for a limed increase on my acc. They sad the money will be in my account in 5 days. Got a cal from FNB on Thursday from a lady asking me personal information. I told get how will i cnow she is from fnb i will give 2 letters of id she must give 2. I think that is fair. She told me i must call 0116322212 they sed they cant help me. Fnb send out emails telling me not to give out personal info but then u gus call and do what u tel me not to do.
