I booked in my Samsung Galaxy Tab in for repair (LCD faulty) on 22 January 2013, it was returned to me the following week. only work done on the Tab was a software upgrade with the LCD still faulty, it was booked back in for repair the same day it was returned to me. Another week of waiting, the tab was returned and again the same fault. I returned the tab once again. Eventually I receive the Tab back today 22 February. this is now the 4th time it is going in for repair for the same fault. After bookin it in for a 3rd time with the same fault. I requested they replace the tab but they did not and tried once more to repair it, which they cannot seem to do.
What I want is for a replacement Tab since they have no clue on how to repair the Tab and also I've paid for a month subscription with no service, how is MTN going to correct this
