As a business i have had enough of banks always just taking money from my account. Firstly they say follow all the precuderes then we can reverse a credit card that comes back as a card. Now i have done it to the last details send a foto of the lady who the credit card to Edith and yet my account gets deducted with the amount of R2800 why does this happen if you do exactly like the bank asked you send them all the proof so what is the point of following all the precudres if they still just take your money??? I find this totally unexetable and demand a refund to my account as all info you needed was given and i cant help there is out there that is out smarting the banks security messures we as the cunsumers should not always be paying the price we will already kill ourself by paying exseffice bank fees. Shocking how Standard bank is so called one of the top banks.
