I had my vehicle damaged by hail the last bad hail we had November 2013. I immediately called my insurance Dial Direct to put in a claim. From there on it was nothing less than great service. Each time there was a development on my claim, they would provide me with immediate feedback, the bookings were made on time and the persons calling all had such a great attitude, positive, cheerful and friendly. I dont regret moving my insurance to them and I am greatful to have been treated with such great customer service.
