I purchased the nike sportswatch from the eBucks online store sometime last year.
The watch has recently stopped working and is still within its warranty.
I have tried since the 22nd of January 2014 to get hold of ebucks in order to either get the watch repaired or get a new one (at my cost or not). I need the watch as it is a great tool for my fitness drive.
after 3 emails I received a call (Thurs 30 Jan 2014), caller said I would be notified within 24 hours, to date nothing has happened.
I just want to know what steps to take to get the watch sorted as I do not have direct access to the retailer and have to work through the eBucks team.
It might be sorted but in how long? one will never know.
