I called the Absa Private Bank call centre this morning to request a simple debit order reversal. I made the call around 08h00. Up until now nothing has been done despite me calling two times to follow up. The first consultant told me that I will get a call from the credit manager, the second one told me that he doesn't know what will happen and he can't tell me when I will be called. If this is what their Private Bank service is like then they will have one less customer soon.
