On the 16 November 2013, my car had an incident of hitting a bad pothole which had damaged my car - it was no longer mobile
We had it fixed the same day and the car started running until the 23rd December and I was advised that everything was approved, and they will be able to fix my car asap.
Between 23rd Dec until today 4 Feb - I still dont have my car and apparently it will take another 30 days.
Errors:
- no assessors in the holiday period which contains more accidents then anytime of year
- Assessed incorrectly where obvious damage could have been reported considering the type of incident
- Losing the location of my Peugeot - TWICE
- Not capturing all the points given on the systems that delayed the cover decision
- Not sending authorization to the workshop until 5 days later of receipt of the car
- Never ever phoning me at all for updates.
I'm supposed to go overseas on 21 February so I definitely needed my car by the 10th February to get vaccinations and get my Visa documentation.
Due to all these errors that have inconvenienced me terribly, I feel that Miway should actually compensate me with a courtesy vehicle for the next 15 days up until I leave the country.
