I joined debtbusters to assist me with paying my accounts. Since day one this has been an issue of incompatance. Ive been getting different payment plans every week this after I have signed the approval of a certain amount! Last week I was told everything is finalised and received a payment plan. Today I get phoned again stating its gone up with R3000 this after on a so called recorded line I was told everything is finalised! Ive made payments to them but now they just keep adding more and more! And no recording is available? How convenient! This is as ive signed an agreement to pqy! Now they say uh sorry sir mistake!!! How does this work! I ask for a manager and the phone gets dropped in my ear! When they wanted payment it was given but now they change the amount as they please! this is unacceptable! Still waiting for a so called manager and I want my voice recording played back to me!!!
