I have been phoning the company to cancel my insurance policy. They are prompt to answer the telephones when you want to join, but not in the cancellation department.
I have phoned there numerous times and hung up every time after 20 minutes.
I need to cancel this as a matter of urgency. Can someone please contact me.
I have read the complaints on Hello peter and do not want to be in a position where money is deducted from my account after I cancel.
